In case the required fabric is out of stock, we may need to manufacture it from scratch, which can cause delays beyond the estimated timeline.
3. **Delays and Cancellations:**
While we strive to meet the stated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as fabric manufacturing. **We do not accept cancellations or refunds** once the pre-order is in process.
4. **Emergency Orders:**
If you require the dress urgently, you may choose any other readily available dress of the same value, subject to availability.
5.If an order includes both ready-to-dispatch and pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped together within the pre-order timeline (15–25 working days).If you would like the ready-to-dispatch items to be shipped immediately, please place a separate order or pay additional shipping charges for split dispatch.

- Tip: Wash dark colour fabrics separately .
