Our products are in sale price . We don’t accept return ,exchange,refund ,cancellation for the same . Once it’s sold it’s final .If there is any damage in the product it will be exchanged .

Return pick up option is not available it should be only sent by customer and shipping charges will be paid ( shipping will be covered for damage products sent by mistake )

• Returns are accepted only if the products have issues in terms of manufacturing defects.
• The products (sold in original price ) once sold are eligible ONLY FOR EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENTS. The request has to be raised on the same day from the date of delivery for size exchange. Exchange will be accepted only if the same piece is available in stock .
• Exchange/ replacement shipping will be processed only after the original item passes the quality check (unused & unwashed& no smell ) with the product cover intact.
* for exchange customer have to courier the product back to us . And place a new order in the website. On receiving the old product wil do product refund ( if it’s unused ) this is the only way for exchange ❌ new order has to be placed as it will be a record and we will have tracking from website.
• In case the product for replacement is not available at the moment, the customer will be eligible for store credit that is equal to the value of the product or they can choose any alternative product. ( amount won’t be refunded ❌)

In case of damage or wrong product -
Damages and Issues :
Customer should take an unpacking video for any kind of damage claim or missing product or any issues for that matter . The video will be considered as proof. And we will note the package weight in the courier cover for missing pieces that will also be considered as proof . .Without the unpacking video, exchange will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,or missing item . so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For all the above mentioned issues you have 1-week time to report to us . After that any claim will not be accepted strictly. Also exchange policy for defect items only, which means you have to ship it within a week after receiving your item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. We don’t have return pick up option . For any kind of exchange please courier it back to us .

Exchanges in case of defect ❌
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the exchange is accepted. Please courier back the products. After receiving it and inspecting. We will do a exchange and send you the products.pls note we don’t arrange pick up for any return/exchanges.
