🌸All our orders will be dispatched in 1-4 working days.

🌸From dispatch, it will take 2-7 working days depending on your state TamilNadu (2 days), Southern states (3 - 5 days), Northern states (4 - 7 days).

🌸Shipping is a third party service in Samaya. So, if there is any public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, your parcel may get delayed during these times.

🌸If customers want the shipping in express delivery ( additional shipping charges applicable ) 

🌸Express Shipping includes first priority, same day dispatch . In rare cases and order placed after 12 pm will be dispatched next day only . 

🌸We don’t send tracking details to all the orders . But if you need ur tracking number or updates please text us in Instagram you will get it in 24  hours . Your products will be received in the mentioned timeline.

Cotton Dress Care:

• Wash: Cold or lukewarm water, gentle cycle, mild detergent. No Handwashing. No Rinsing . While washing turn the clothes inside out
• Dry: Air dry in shade only
• Iron: Medium heat, inside out, steam if needed.
• Tip: Wash dark colour fabrics separately .

Once sold, the item is final.

Damaged items only are eligible for exchange. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
